We conduct various mediation sessions with those needed to resolve the conflict.
We have the parties sign a mediation agreement and report to management of the outcome and any followup needed.
The mediation process aims to identify and narrow down the issues in dispute, enabling the parties to focus on conversations structured around historical conflict and ways in which conflict can be alleviated. The mediators role is to be a neutral party in the process structuring the discussions that lead towards resolution and future planning.
